Fara Sepanlou

Fara is our Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Registered Acupuncturist. He graduated in 2001 in Vancouver and has been practicing since then. He works as a weight trainer for the city of Burnaby and is a personal trainer as well. Fara loves outdoor activities such as climbing, cycling, and camping, he enjoys music and loves his guitar. Fara believes in a holistic approach to health. He combines acupuncture, her bology, diet, exercise, massage and uses one ore more modalities to increase balance and improve health.

Cielo English

Cielo English is a certified Hatha/Prenatal Yoga teacher, and personal trainer. Her teaching has been experienced by international students while at her studio in Thailand. During the past years she has frequented India to study the Iyengar & Hatha traditions and to deepen her knowledge of Ayurveda and meditation. Providing practical knowledge of human anatomy in combination with the healing arts adds a rich approach to her teaching. She tailors classes to meet your prevailing needs, encouraging deep focus through breath, inner awareness, and a calm awakening of spirit.. Haleh Nikkhah

Haleh is our belly dance instructor. Haleh was 17 years old when she first took belly dance. It became her greatest passion. She started to learn this art in Iran and took many belly dance workshops so could teach. It has been 2 years since Haleh started teaching private and larger classes. She enjoys sharing this art form. It allows her and others to express themselves. Haleh loves dancing, music and fitness. She is a certified aerobic instructor and weight trainer.

Heather Donaldson

Heather is an energetic, skilled bodyworker, trainer and health promotion consultant.

As a shiatsu therapist, Heather was trained with Sourcepoint Shiatsu Clinic and Langara College, is registered with the BC Shiatsu Therapy Association, and has been practicing for four years out of several spas and resorts as well as providing ensuite and chair shiatsu services. As she explains: "I work holistically, intuitively and respectfully".

In addition to holding a Masters of Education degree, Heather is also trained in nutrition counselling and is an accredited instructor with the Taoist Tai Chi Society.

Asha Parashar-Reynolds

Asha Parashar-Reynolds is a certified Reflexologist and a Reiki Practitioner. She worked at TELUS for 31 years and left 3 years ago to learn alternative healing therapies. She is constantly reading and taking courses related to the therapies that she practices. Her shining moment came after she retired and began and completed the education and training required for her new and favorite career of a lifetime. She feels that what she does now not only enhances her life but her clients’ lives as well. Healing is a journey that we must all go on and Asha looks forward to starting the journey with each and every one of her clients.

Sabrina Velenosi

Sabrina began her journey with yoga as a way to keep fit, soon after learning that physical fitness is just a small side effect of yoga. She believes yoga is a personal lifelong journey in which there is a constant commitment to the unity of mind, body and spirit. Sabrina received her Hatha yoga teacher training from Prana Yoga Teacher College with world-renowned teacher, shakti mhi. In her classes she presents yoga as a personal practice emphasizing safety, alignment, maintaining a centered mind, and moving with the breath. Her students enjoy the discovery of the subtleties in their bodies and the deep interconnection between their physical and emotional states. Sabrina’s instructions are compassionate yet motivating and her classes are as challenging as they are gentle.
